Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), proven track record in KS2 teaching, and strong classroom management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage and Inspire: Deliver creative, engaging lessons that motivate students and foster a love for learning.
  • Differentiate Instruction: Cater to diverse learning styles and abilities within the classroom.
  • Assessment and Feedback: Conduct regular assessments, provide feedback, and monitor students’ progress.
  • Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, safe, and structured learning environment.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to support student development.
