When a school calls Protocol Education for daily cover, we believe what is essential is that we provide an efficient, honest and transparent service that delivers the right people to your school safely and on time. This is the service we have created to provide that for you.
Familiar Faces and Local Staff
Your dedicated local consultant will prioritise educators familiar with your school, ring-fenced and preferred staff and provide a weekly update of who is available.
Flexible Educators
Our educators can fulfil a number of roles. Covering a class in the morning to delivering tuition in the afternoon. We'll help you get the most from your supply staff.
The Full Range of Staff Available Every Day
Teachers, teaching assistants, SEND specialists, and one-to-one tutors are available from a single point of contact whenever you want, for as long as you need them.
Your Local Branch, There When You Need Them
Your local branch is ready to go from 7 a.m. to take your bookings. However, should you need to book emergency cover outside of our regular office hours or at the weekend, our 'out of hours' service is available.
DBS Checked and Fully Cleared
We take Safeguarding seriously. All staff are DBS checked, and we provide full evidence of checks with every booking via our Client Portal.
