All the Work You Need
We understand that you may want some certainty of earnings when you are doing daily supply and we offer a Guaranteed Work Agreement (GWA) as an option to some teachers. A GWA provides you with the security of guaranteed income whilst you are working in daily cover assignments.
How it works
We guarantee you a certain number of days work in a term at a fixed daily pay rate, typically 50-60 days per term depending on your start date and availability
In return, you agree to commit to Protocol Education for the term, make yourself available for work and complete your assignments professionally and to the satisfaction of the school.
If we don’t find you work for all the guaranteed days in that term, we pay you for all the days you were short in a single lump sum at the end of term.
What’s the catch?
There are no catches. We developed the GWA to help those teachers who prefer to do daily supply enjoy the same certainty of income as teachers in long-term roles. You can end the agreement at any time without penalty, or you can take up a long-term role mid-term without losing your guarantee.
