Location: Newham, London Position: Year 4 Teaching Assistant Contract: Full-Time/Part-Time Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the class teacher in preparing and delivering engaging lesson plans.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, reinforcing learning objectives.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where every student feels valued.
- Help manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create enriching learning activities.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with children in an educational or mentoring capacity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-driven environment.
- Relevant qualifications or training in education or child development is a plus.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
