Responsibilities:

Delivering engaging and inspiring lessons tailored to the needs of Year 4 students

Implementing effective classroom management strategies to maintain a productive learning environment

Developing and differentiating lesson plans to accommodate a range of abilities and learning styles

Providing targeted support to help students overcome academic and behavioral challenges

Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and support staff to foster a holistic approach to student development

Monitoring and assessing student progress, providing feedback, and setting achievable goals

Contributing to the school's extracurricular activities and community events
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification

Proven experience in primary education, preferably with challenging classes

Exceptional classroom management skills and the ability to motivate and engage students

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and parent engagement

A positive attitude, resilience, and a genuine passion for teaching and making a difference

Creativity and adaptability to develop innovative teaching methods

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
