The Role:
As Year 1 Teacher, you will:
- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons that align with the National Curriculum and support the individual needs of your students.
- Foster a love of learning in a creative and supportive classroom environment.
- Provide tailored support and interventions to ensure all students reach their full potential.
- Work collaboratively with your colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the school's continued success.
- Build strong relationships with parents and guardians, ensuring a holistic approach to each child's development.
- Participate in extracurricular activities and school events, contributing to the wider school community.

The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a teacher who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification.
- Has a passion for teaching young children and a solid understanding of the Year 1 curriculum.
- Demonstrates exceptional classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well within a team and build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.
- Is keen to learn, develop, and make a real difference in the lives of their students.
- Experience in Key Stage 1 is preferred, but NQTs are also encouraged to apply.
