Job Opening at a Nursery in WF1
At Protocol Education, we are currently looking for a Pre-School TA for a Long-Term role in WF1 within a Nursery.
This role is to start effective immediately and will go on until Christmas and could likely be extended up until the end of the school year.
They do have a requirement of minimum Level 2 Childcare to make sure ratios from adult to children is correct.
A word from the hiring Head Teacher so you have an understanding of what is expected within the role:
‘For us it really is all about being a playmate to the children, like we say to anyone coming for a trial session. We ask our TA’s to get down to the children’s level and use their skills to support the children’s learning through play, especially with communication and language. Staff are encouraged to use high quality interactions (we use the ShREC approach – if you google it there are some lovely YouTube videos showing examples of High Quality Interactions.’

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
