Unqualified Teacher - SECONDARY
Job Type: temporary / Full-Time (37.5 hours per week or flexible ad-hoc hours)
Pay Rate: £95-£115 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)

We are currently recruiting enthusiastic individuals for Unqualified Secondary Teacher roles in Secondary Schools across London. This is the perfect opportunity for recent graduates or those interested in exploring a career in Education.
You don't need a teaching qualification—just relevant experience working with young people, a confident approach to classroom management, and a passion for education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Classroom Supervision: Manage large secondary classes and ensure smooth lesson delivery using pre-set lesson plans.
- Behavior Management: Maintain a positive, safe, and productive classroom environment.
- Lesson Support: Work across various year groups and departments, supporting students and fostering engagement.
- Lesson Coverage: Deliver pre-planned lessons and maintain learning continuity in the Teacher's absence.
Ideal Candidate:
- Recent and relevant experience working with young people (Education, Coaching, or care settings preferred)
- Degree Educated (essential)
- Passionate about working in Education and supporting children
- strong behavior management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- punctual, flexible, and reliable
- must have DBS or willing to apply for one
