About the Role
As a Trainee Teaching Assistant, you’ll support a child on a 1:1 basis, tailoring your approach to their unique needs. You’ll collaborate closely with the class teacher, SENCo, and external specialists to foster an inclusive and supportive environment where all children can excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide dedicated support to a child, encouraging their engagement and learning.
- Adapt to the child’s individual needs with patience and creativity.
- Work as part of a team with other staff members to ensure the best outcomes.
- Offer encouragement and promote participation in classroom activities.
- Follow guidance from the teacher and other professionals to help the child succeed.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
