Supply Teacher Key Responsibilities:
- Cover teaching assignments across various year groups and subjects in primary schools within the Croydon Borough.
- Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons in the absence of the regular class teacher, following the school's curriculum and policies.
- Adapt quickly to different school environments and establish rapport with students to facilitate effective learning.
- Maintain a positive and supportive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning and well-being.
Supply Teacher Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching in primary schools.
- Flexibility and availability to work on short notice, as per the demands of the role.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of different classes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and staff quickly.
