Teaching Assistant with Level 2 BSL
We are partnered with a fantastic school iand have a requirement for a Teaching Assistant to support a student with a hearing impairment.
Ideally looking for a BSL Level 2 Qualified Teaching Assistant to start immediately.
This is a full-time role Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 3:30pm.
We need someone to promote a supportive, secure and nurturing learning environment for this pupil.
Someone who projects enthusiasm and encourages the self-belief of each and every individual child and always inspires them to work towards reaching their full potential.
Key Requirements:
- Level 2 British Sign Language
- Previous experience of working with children with SEND or learning disabilities.
- Demonstrate patience, empathy, and a passion for promoting inclusivity when working with these pupils.
- Have strong communication skills, be adaptable and personable

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
