Behaviour & Inclusion Support - Immediate starts - Full Time 

We are currently looking for a Child support staff to work in specialist setting based in Bradford. These schools provides an education for students who can’t go to a mainstream school, because of exclusion, illness or other reasons and would not otherwise receive suitable education. The particular groups you are working with will be KS3 and KS4 children that are in transition to this new environments.

You may have some experience and more importantly have a passion for working with young people aged 8-19. The work can be very rewarding; however it can also be challenging to so you need to be resilient, clam, composed and have the ability to manage challenging behaviour in the school. Many students have challenging home lives and have complex communication needs, learning difficulties or are autistic and some occasionally present some challenging behaviours.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
