Job Duties:
- Supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in their learning and development
- Assisting the classroom teacher in planning and delivering lessons tailored to individual student needs
- Providing one-on-one support to students with SEN to help them achieve their learning goals
- Helping to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Assisting with the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with SEN
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with students with Special Educational Needs
Experience:
Prior experience working with students with Special Educational Needs
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of different learning styles and strategies to support students with SEN
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools
- Additional training in specific areas of SEN support
Working Conditions:
- Temporary position with Full-Time hours
- Work within a school environment, supporting students with SEN
- Collaboration with classroom teachers and SEN coordinators

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
