Protocol is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Psychology Graduates to join our team in supporting students with a range of abilities and needs, including Autism, ADHD and Severe Learning Difficulties. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of these students and contribute to their educational and personal development.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one or  group support to students with SEND
  • Encouraging and support children with class tasks.
  • Collaborate with teachers to create an inclusive learning environment.
  • Communicating effectively with students and provide behavioural support
  • Use a range of resources and learning techniques to help students understand and engage in lessons.

We are looking for someone with:

  • A passionate and positive attitude towards creating a supportive and engaging learning environment for SEN children.
  • An open-minded individual who enjoys a collaborative environment.
  • Adaptable and versatile individual, who can apply this to a classroom environment.
  • Holds a valid DBS.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
