The Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to support the learning and development of children across the school. You will provide tailored support for individuals and groups of children, helping them to access the curriculum and succeed in their learning journey. Your role will be pivotal in creating an engaging and positive classroom environment, helping children reach their full potential.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience working with children, ideally in a school or educational setting (though not essential)

  • A caring and patient approach with a genuine desire to support children's learning

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team

  • A flexible and positive attitude, with a willingness to adapt to the needs of the students

  • A relevant qualification in supporting teaching and learning (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification) is desirable, but not essential
