Job Title: Teaching Assistant Feltham

Job Duties:
- Assist the classroom teacher in delivering lessons and supporting students
- Help create a positive learning environment for students
- Provide one-on-one support to students with learning difficulties
- Assist with classroom management and behaviour control
- Prepare and organise teaching materials and resources
- Support students during practical activities and educational outings
Required Qualifications:
- GCSEs in English and Maths
- Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
- Enhanced DBS check
Education:
- Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths
- Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2 or 3)
Experience:
- Prior experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a school setting
- Experience supporting students with special educational needs
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of classroom dynamics and behaviour management techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Organisational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- First Aid/CPR certification
- Additional training in special educational needs support
Working Conditions:
- Work primarily in a classroom setting
- Full-time hours with occasional overtime required
- May involve assisting with off-site educational activities
