The Role

As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting children with additional needs, helping them to build confidence, independence, and a love for learning. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing one-on-one or small-group support to children with SEND, tailoring learning to their needs.
Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
Encouraging positive interactions and fostering a nurturing, supportive environment.
Supporting children with emotional regulation, communication, and social skills.
Helping with classroom organisation and adapting resources to ensure accessibility for all learners.
