About the Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant Role
As a Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Assist the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and well-structured lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with students to create a safe and supportive learning environment.
- Provide additional help to children who may require extra support, ensuring every student has the opportunity to succeed.
- Work collaboratively with the classroom team to foster an inclusive and positive atmosphere for all learners.

The ideal candidate will:
- Be compassionate, creative, and passionate about supporting children’s education and development.
- Have experience or qualifications in working with young children, especially those with additional needs such as Autism, ADHD, or epilepsy.
