Job Duties:

  • Supporting Early Years classrooms as a general teaching assistant.
  • Providing one-to-one support for children with special educational needs, particularly those with Autism.
  • Collaborating with the team to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Using your initiative to adapt to the needs of the classroom and individual students.

Required Qualifications:

A strong understanding of SEN, particularly Autism.

The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

A passion for early years education and a commitment to fostering a love of learning.

Working Conditions:

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
