Are you a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant looking for a new opportunity? A vibrant and welcoming school in Ealing is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with class teachers to provide support in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
  • Assist individual pupils and small groups with their learning, ensuring all students have the opportunity to succeed.
  • Provide additional support to students with special educational needs, tailoring your approach to meet their unique requirements.
  • Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where children feel safe and motivated to learn.
  • Monitor and document pupil progress, providing feedback to teachers and contributing to planning.
  • Support the school’s ethos and values by encouraging respectful behavior and fostering a love for learning.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a primary or secondary school setting.
  • A strong understanding of child development and effective strategies for supporting learning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
  • A patient, proactive, and adaptable approach to working with children.
  • A valid Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
