Are you passionate about working with children and ready to make a difference in their lives? Protocol Education is on the lookout for a friendly and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic primary school in Harlow! This full-time role is perfect for someone who’s eager to help young learners shine.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Classroom support: Work with teachers to create engaging and exciting lessons.
One-on-one time: Help individual pupils or small groups with their learning and personal development.
Encourage positivity: Create a happy and supportive space for all children to thrive.
Track progress: Share feedback with teachers to help plan the best lessons for every pupil.
Support positive behaviour: Help children follow school rules and stay focused.
Lead interventions: Run small activities to boost learning and confidence.
Supervise playtimes: Make sure kids are safe and having fun during breaks and school trips.
Be a team player: Work closely with other staff to make every day a success!
What We’re Looking For:
✨ Someone who loves working with children and is patient, caring, and full of energy.
Experience in a primary school is a bonus, but it’s not essential – your enthusiasm matters most!
Great communication skills to work with kids, teachers, and parents.
You’ll need a valid driving license and your own car.
A proactive, “can-do” attitude and willingness to learn.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
