Job Duties:

  • Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities
  • Assist with classroom management and create a positive learning atmosphere
  • Provide one-on-one support for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
  • Help develop and organise resources and materials for lessons
  • Assist in assessing and documenting student progress

Required Qualifications:

  • Safeguarding certificate

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Experience working with children with SEMH and SEND needs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant teaching assistant qualification

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
