Role: Teaching Assistant in a secondary school

Salary: £85-£100 per day
About the Role:
In this rewarding position, you will provide essential support to students, helping them to achieve their full potential in a nurturing and inclusive environment. You will work closely with teachers and other professionals to deliver tailored educational plans, assist with classroom activities, and support the emotional and social development of the students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of educational plans
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Support classroom activities and administrative tasks
- Monitor and report on student progress and development
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure holistic support
Requirements:
- Experience working with children or young people
- A patient, empathetic, and nurturing approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Relevant qualifications or training in education (desirable but not essential)
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
