Role Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and flexible Supply Teaching Assistants to join our team. As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work in various schools across Bradford, supporting teachers and students in different classroom settings. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain diverse experience and make a positive impact on students' educational journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
  • Support students' learning and development through one-on-one or small group assistance
  • Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment
  • Prepare classroom materials and resources as needed
  • Foster a safe and supportive atmosphere for all students
  • Collaborate with school staff to ensure continuity of learning and support

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to different school environments
  • A genuine passion for supporting children's education and development
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
  • Relevant qualifications or training (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3) are advantageous but not essential
