Role Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teaching Assistants to join our team. As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work across various schools in Bradford, bringing your passion and skills to different classroom environments. This flexible role allows you to choose assignments that fit your schedule while making a meaningful impact on students' learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
  • Support individual students or small groups with their learning and development
  • Help manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment
  • Follow school policies and procedures to ensure a safe and supportive atmosphere
  • Provide feedback to teachers on student progress and areas of need
  • Collaborate with school staff to ensure continuity of learning

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational support role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to quickly adapt to different school environments
  • A passion for supporting children's learning and development
  • Flexibility and reliability
  • A relevant qualification or training in education is desirable but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
