Job Duties:
- Supporting classroom teachers in delivering educational programmes
- Assisting with the implementation of lesson plans
- Providing one-on-one support to students with learning difficulties
- Helping to create a positive learning environment
- Supervising students during activities and breaks
- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of GCSEs or equivalent qualifications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Patience and empathy when working with students
Education:
Relevant educational qualifications in Education or a related field
Experience:
Previous experience working in a school or educational setting preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of educational principles and practises
- Ability to adapt to the needs of individual students
- Basic IT skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Teaching Assistant certification
- First aid certification
Working Conditions:
- Work will primarily be conducted within a school setting
- Full-Time hours, Monday to Friday
- May require occasional evening or weekend work for school events

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
