Job Duties:
- Supporting classroom teachers in implementing lesson plans
- Assisting with student supervision and behaviour management
- Providing one-on-one or small group support to students with learning needs
- Preparing and organising educational materials
- Assisting with administrative tasks as required
Required Qualifications:
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
- Relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or experience
Education:
Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
Experience:
Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or similar role
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of classroom dynamics and behaviour management techniques
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Higher level Teaching Assistant qualification
- First Aid certification
Working Conditions:
- Work primarily in classroom settings
- Full-Time hours with occasional requirement for additional hours
- Interacting with students, teachers, and parents on a daily basis

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
