Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement dynamic lesson plans that engage students through hands-on, creative activities.
Support students in exploring various artistic mediums, from painting and drawing to sculpture and mixed media.
Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where students feel empowered to express themselves freely.
Assist in organizing and facilitating creative workshops, events, and projects both in and out of the classroom.
Utilize technology and multimedia resources to enhance learning experiences and capture students' imaginations.
Provide individualized support to students with diverse learning needs, ensuring that all learners have the opportunity to thrive.
Encourage students to think critically, solve problems creatively, and collaborate effectively with their peers.
Requirements:

A passion for creativity and a genuine love for working with children and young people.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
Previous experience in a creative or educational setting is desirable but not essential.
Flexibility and adaptability to respond to the unique needs and interests of each student.
A willingness to learn and grow as a professional, embracing new ideas and approaches to teaching and learning.
A creative portfolio or examples of previous work in the arts or education would be advantageous.
