As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing personalised support to students who require additional academic assistance. This includes working closely with students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Your responsibilities will involve supporting teaching activities in the classroom, aiding students in their academic progress, and providing focused support to students with SEND. Additionally, you will collaborate with colleagues and senior staff, exchanging ideas and seeking guidance to continually improve your skills and contribute to the team's success.
To be eligible for this position, you must have the right to work in the UK and be prepared to apply for an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. We will assist you in obtaining this if you do not already have one. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about pursuing a career in education, possess excellent communication skills—both verbal and non-verbal—and demonstrate cultural sensitivity. A valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle are also necessary to reach the various schools we serve.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
