Job Duties:
- Design and deliver engaging and informative history lessons to secondary school students
- Develop and implement curriculum and lesson plans in accordance with educational standards
- Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and support their learning development
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practises and enhance the overall educational experience
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and effectively communicate with parents/guardians
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
- Degree in History or a related field
- Experience teaching history at the secondary school level
- Thorough understanding of the National Curriculum for History

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
