Job Duties:

  • Design and deliver engaging and effective lessons in Business and Computing subjects for Key Stages 3 and 4
  • Evaluate and assess students' progress, providing constructive feedback
  • Create a supportive learning environment that fosters student participation
  • Develop and implement curriculum and educational materials
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience

Required Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computing, or a related field
  • Demonstrated knowledge of current educational practises

Education:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computing, or a related field

Experience:

  • Prior experience teaching Business and Computing subjects
  • Experience working with students in an educational setting

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Thorough understanding of Business and Computing concepts
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to engage and motivate students
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate degree in Education
  • Experience with exam board requirements and assessments

Working Conditions:

  • Work within a school setting in the Yorkshire and the Humber region
