Key Responsibilities:
- Support students in class, small groups, or one-on-one.
- Help manage behaviour to ensure a productive learning atmosphere.
- Encourage active participation and engagement in lessons.
What We’re Looking For:
- No previous experience is required, but experience with SEND students is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with both students and staff.
- A genuine passion for fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Ability to motivate and engage students in their learning journey.
