Supply Teachers Wanted – Louth/Market Rasen Area (with travel)

Role Details:
- Position: Supply Teacher
- Location: Louth and Market Rasen areas (with travel required to local schools)
- Salary: £140-£170 per day (dependent on experience)
- Requirements: PGCE, QTS, and previous classroom experience (ECTs welcome)
- Duration: Ongoing, daily supply opportunities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality lessons across a range of subjects and year groups.
- Provide a positive and inclusive learning environment for students.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain focus on educational objectives.
- Adapt to different schools, following lesson plans and school policies.
- Support students' individual learning needs and foster their academic and social development.
The Ideal Candidate:
- PGCE and QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) required.
- Previous classroom experience is essential, although ECTs are welcome to apply.
- Strong classroom management skills and a passion for education.
- Flexible and willing to travel to different schools in the Louth/Market Rasen area.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly to new environments.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
