Job Description:

We are currently seeking dedicated and passionate Supply Teachers to join our team in the East of England, specifically in Essex. As a Supply Teacher, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality education to students in various schools within the region.

Job Duties:

  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons across different subject areas
  • Adapt teaching methods to suit the diverse learning needs of students
  • Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
  • Assess and evaluate student progress to inform future teaching strategies
  • Collaborate with other staff members and parents to support student development

Required Qualifications:

  • Enhanced DBS check
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
  • Proven experience in teaching or working with students
  • Strong understanding of the national curriculum
  • Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in teaching in a variety of school settings

Working Conditions:

As a Supply Teacher, you can expect to work full-time hours on a permanent basis. You will be required to travel to different schools within the East of England, so a valid driving licence and access to transportation are essential. The salary range for this position is £120 - £200 per day, depending on experience and qualifications.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
