Supply Teacher – Flexible Shifts

Job Type: Part-Time, Flexible Shifts (Up to 5 days a week)
Why this Role ?
We are working with multiple secondary academies that are seeking supply teachers on a regular basis.
As a Supply Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons across a variety of subjects, helping students continue their learning journey in the absence of their regular teacher. We value creativity and innovation in teaching, and your role will involve ensuring that students remain motivated and engaged in their studies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a range of subjects
- Provide a positive and supportive classroom environment
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a productive learning atmosphere
- Adapt lessons to meet the needs of students in the absence of their regular teacher
- Contribute to the school community and participate in extracurricular activities if required
Requirements:
- Experience of teaching in a secondary school.
- Passionate about teaching and supporting student success
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Previous teaching experience is desirable, but not essential
- The ability to manage your own diary.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
