Job Description:
Job Duties:
- Deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons to students across various subjects and age groups
- Follow school curriculum guidelines and ensure learning objectives are met
- Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with teaching staff and parents to support student development
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Enhanced DBS check
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to different teaching environments
Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
- Proven experience in teaching or working with children
- Sound knowledge of UK educational system and curriculum
- Strong classroom management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
- Experience in working as a supply teacher
- Specialist subject knowledge
