Job Description:

Job Duties:

  • Deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons to students across various subjects and age groups
  • Follow school curriculum guidelines and ensure learning objectives are met
  • Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Collaborate with teaching staff and parents to support student development

Required Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Enhanced DBS check
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to different teaching environments

Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
  • Proven experience in teaching or working with children
  • Sound knowledge of UK educational system and curriculum
  • Strong classroom management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
  • Experience in working as a supply teacher
  • Specialist subject knowledge
