We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Speech and Language Therapist to join a local SEN school in Enfield. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for providing therapy services to students with special educational needs. You will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and inclusive environment, where your contributions will make a real difference to the lives of our students.

 

- Full time (Monday - Friday)

- Immediate start

 

 

Responsibilities:

- Conduct assessments and create individualised therapy plans for students

- Implement therapy sessions, monitor progress and adjust plans as needed

- Work collaboratively with teachers and parents to support students' communication and language development

- Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on students' progress

- Attend meetings and contribute to the development of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)

- Keep up-to-date with the latest therapy techniques and research to ensure high-quality services are provided to students

 

Requirements:

- Must be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)

- Right to work in the UK is essential

- A current DBS check on the update service is required

- Previous experience working with children with special educational needs is highly desirable

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
