Protocol Education is working with a Special Needs school in High Wycombe who are looking to appoint a Temp to Perm Learning support assistant ASAP.
The school is an award winning, outstanding co-educational specialist trust for boys and girls, aged 4 to 19, with ASC and SEMH. They provide high-quality education and care for the huge range of need that exists across the behaviour and autism spectrum. They offer a compassionate and structured environment centred on a purposeful curriculum offer.

Hours: 8:30am -15:30pm
The role:
- Providing one-on-one support and assistance to students with SEN (adhd & autism)
- Collaborating with classroom teachers to adapt and differentiate lesson plans.
- Creating a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
- Supporting students with their learning, social, and emotional development.
- Assisting with individualized education plans and tracking progress.
We're seeking a SEN Support Learning Assistant who:
- Is passionate about working with students with special educational needs.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possesses empathy, patience, and adaptability.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
- Has a genuine interest in supporting the educational journey of students with SEN.
- Pay rate is dependent on experience & qualifications
