Special Education Need Support Worker:
Students' today are continually facing barries to their learning and lacking the confidence to sucseed. Your role as a Special Education Need Support Worker will see their confidence soar.
You will work closely with the classroom teacher to adapt/create learning resources, tailored to their specific learning need (Autism, ADHD, low reading/writing age, dyslexia...). Bring your creativity and enthusiasm to the table and make them see learning in a different light!
As a team, you will continue to cultivate an encouraging and nurturing classroom environment - an environment where students want to come to school! With this, you will implement strong behaviour management techniques to ensure the safe and welcoming learning environment.
At Protocol Education we work closely with schools in and around Bristol, who are continually looking for intuative and personable support staff.
Previous experience working with SEN is advantageous, but not mandatory.
You must show a passion and care for students' with SEN and have a patient nature.

Hours: 08:30 – 15:30 – Monday to Friday (part time available)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
