Job Title: Spanish / French Cover Supervisor

Job Duties:
- Supervise students in the absence of the regular teacher
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons in Spanish and/or French to classes
- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a productive learning environment
- Assist with the preparation of learning materials
- Provide feedback to the regular teacher on student progress
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required
Required Qualifications:
- Fluency in both Spanish and French languages
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively
- Strong organisational skills
Education:
Minimum of A-levels or equivalent qualification
Experience:
Previous experience working with children or young adults in an educational setting preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
- Knowledge of the national curriculum
- Ability to adapt teaching styles to meet the needs of students
- Basic IT skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Teaching Assistant qualification
- Experience in delivering lessons in a secondary school setting
Working Conditions:
- Temporary position with the potential for extension
- Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
- Work within a supportive educational environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
