Job Duties:
- Deliver engaging Spanish lessons to students
- Provide cover supervision for Spanish classes in the absence of the regular teacher
- Assess and evaluate student progress and provide feedback
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to teaching and learning
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) desirable but not mandatory
- Degree in Spanish or related field
Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Spanish or related field
Experience:
- Previous experience teaching Spanish to secondary school students
- Experience in providing cover supervision in an educational setting
Knowledge and Skills:
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage and motivate students
- Good classroom management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate qualification in Education
- Experience using technology in the classroom

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
