Job Duties:
- Conducting research in the field of psychology
- Developing and delivering educational programmes
- Assessing students' progress and providing feedback
- Collaborating with colleagues to enhance teaching methods
- Participating in departmental meetings and professional development activities
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Psychology or related field
- Experience in teaching or educational settings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational abilities
Education:
Degree in Psychology or related field
Experience:
Previous experience in teaching or educational settings
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of psychological theories and research methods
- Ability to engage and motivate students
- Proficiency in curriculum development and assessment
- Strong IT skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate qualification in Psychology
- Experience in academic research
- Membership of relevant professional bodies
