This School is seeking a well-organized, self-motivated, and confident individual for the position of SIMS Office Administration Assistant. Join our friendly and supportive team, where you can enhance your skills in pupil data management. While experience with SIMS is advantageous, it is not essential, as full training will be provided.
This role involves collaboration with our current SIMS Office Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support within the SIMS Office, focusing on Welfare, Attendance, and Pupil Data.
- Conduct data entry and generate reports.
- Communicate with parents/carers using Iris Reach and ParentLite Apps.
- Offer general administrative assistance in all aspects related to Welfare, Attendance, and Pupil records.
- Undertake First Aid training.
- Generate timetables for new starters, implement set changes throughout the year, and distribute accordingly.
- Ensure quality assurance for all communications.
- Possess a calm, confident, and assertive manner with an ability to connect well with young people.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting deadlines.
- Proficient and confident user of IT and Microsoft applications.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, and flexible.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
