Protocol Education is seeking caring, supportive and dedicated LSA’s who have experience working with pupils in small groups or on a one to one basis, for a school in Richmond.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of EHCP's.
- Provide support and assistance to students with SEND specifically Social, Emotional and Mental health needs and associated difficulties.
- Foster a positive and nurturing atmosphere for students' academic and personal development.
- Provide a safe nurturing and engaging environment.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience working with students with ADHD, SEMH, and associated difficulties is desirable.
- Delivering engaging activities to pupils in small groups.
- A compassionate and patient approach towards supporting students' individual needs.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Relevant qualifications or training in supporting individuals with SEND is desirable.
- Enhanced DBS.
- Experience, knowledge and understanding of safeguarding processes.
- Available to work at least 3 days per week (8:30-15:30) term time.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
