Role Overview:

  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with SEND.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of individual learning plans.

  • Foster a positive and structured learning environment.

  • Support students with their emotional and behavioral needs.

  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure student progress.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience working with children or young people with SEND is desirable but not essential.

  • A patient, adaptable, and empathetic approach.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
