Role Overview:

Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with SEND.

Assist in the development and implementation of individual learning plans.

Foster a positive and structured learning environment.

Support students with their emotional and behavioral needs.

Work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure student progress.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience working with children or young people with SEND is desirable but not essential.
