What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assisting students with SEND in the classroom
- Helping them stay focused, engaged, and confident in their learning
- Providing emotional and social support when needed
- Working closely with teachers to create a positive and supportive learning environment
- Encouraging and building students’ self-esteem
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone caring, patient, and positive
- A good listener and communicator
- Previous experience with SEND is a bonus, but not a must
- The ability to make learning fun and enjoyable
