A welcoming primary school located in North East Lincolnshire have approached us with regards to an SEN 1-1 role available in their school. They are currently looking for an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to work 1-1 with a student in KS2.

The school offers a wealth of support, and you would be closely working with the SENCO, Senior Leadership and Classroom Teachers to enhance the outcomes for their students.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with a range of learning and behavioural needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting students in the classroom to ensure their engagement and understanding.
- Providing one-on-one support to students with behavioural and social needs
- Collaborating with teachers and the SEN department to create tailored learning plans.
- Encouraging independence, confidence, and a love for learning among students.
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A genuine passion for working with students with SEN.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach.
- A willingness to collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student progress.
- Previous experience working in SEN or school settings

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
