✨ Protocol Education are recruiting a SEND Teacher with QTS, to join a Specialist School located in Loughton ✨ September start!
Location:
East of England, Essex, Loughton
Salary:
£30,000 - £45,000 per annum
MPS + SEN1 Allowance
Job Duties:
- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons to students with severe and complex needs
- Adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs and abilities
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents and school staff
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with other teachers and support staff to support student development
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience working with students with special educational needs and disabilities
- Understanding of SEND Code of Practise
Knowledge and Skills:
- Knowledge of different learning styles and teaching strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Patience and empathy when working with students with complex needs
Working Conditions:
- Working hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
- Classroom-based teaching with occasional off-site activities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
