We are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive SEND school in Grantham, starting in January. If you have a PGCE qualification with experience working in SEND settings, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver tailored learning to children with a range of special educational needs and disabilities.
  • Create an inclusive and positive learning environment that promotes engagement and progress.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, SENCO, and other staff to meet the individual needs of students.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, ensuring high standards of learning and development.

Requirements:

  • PGCE qualification.
  • Experience teaching in SEND settings or a strong passion for working with students with additional needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A positive and flexible approach to meeting the diverse needs of students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
