We are looking for a qualified and experienced SEND Teacher to join our team on a full-time, temporary basis, based in North Tyneside. In this role, you will provide personalised support to students with special educational needs, ensuring they receive the highest quality learning experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering engaging, tailored lessons to meet the specific needs of SEND students
- Developing and implementing customised learning plans and strategies
- Collaborating with support staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure a well-rounded approach to student development
- Monitoring and assessing student progress, adapting teaching methods as needed
- Creating a supportive, inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes both academic success and student well-being
What We’re Looking For:
- A qualified Teacher with experience working with SEND students
- Strong skills in classroom and behaviour management
- The ability to tailor teaching techniques to meet the diverse needs of students
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a genuine commitment to student development
